For complaints about a registrant of an accredited healthcare professional body, please contact the respective accredited body.

For complaints about an accredited healthcare professional body, please contact the respective accredited body. If you have further opinion about the organisation in relation to the AR Scheme, you can contact the Accreditation Agent or us.

If you/ your organisation would like to make complaint or express your opinions about the Accreditation Agent or the Department of Health in relation to their role in the AR Scheme, please write to us at ars@dh.gov.hk.
